He anxiety was heightened while she lost her father in an automobile accident. She experiences anxiety when driving her automobile and experiences a need to put on her father’s bloodied clothes he died in. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Helen will face her fears and come to conditions with her dad’s death. In the meantime, Scott can’t let a trash can inside his house, no pics on his walls, will wash his hands fifty times every day and sleeps on a sofa so that he will not need to create his bed every day. This germaphobe have to face his fears via CBT so hopefully he will no longer require to live his life alone.
