Oliver lands his ambition internship at the K-TEEN radio station exercising with popular disc jockey Gary Green, but once Green acquires a fast leave, Olivers responsiblenesses expand beyond his wildest dreams, to on-air duties. Miley bids to aid, and the new radio squad, Smiley Miley and Smokin Oken, become an overnight sensation. But shortly, Miley ascertains it hard to juggling her Hannah Montana dedications and keep her promise to aid Oliver.
