Summary: Porter is kidnapped by Latif, a Pakistani terrorist. Section 20 appoints Michael Stonebridge (Winchester) to find Damian Scott (Sullivan) in Kuala Lumpur, as only he and Porter are the only people who can identify Latif, to find and rescue Porter.
